Cooper Window and Door did an excellent job installing 18 windows and a slider at a great price. They used a high quality replacement window with a lifetime warranty. We could not be more pleased with the overall results. My husband being a machinist is very meticulous and was impressed with Kevin and his quality of work, which rarely happens! If you want excellent quality, service have Kevin do your windows. Kevin, I give you permission to give my number out to anyone thinking about having your company do their windows.

I would highly recommend Cooper Window & Door. I had all my windows and 3 sliding glass doors replaced by Kevin. He also added 2 new, 8 foot wide windows in the bedrooms. He was professional from the beginning to end of the process. He gave me three options when quoting so I could make an informed decision. He made sure to verify all measurements and went over the quote so I could understand what was being done. Once work started, he encountered several issues (rotted wood, trim glued to the siding, not to mention my metal roof - not fun wondering if you'll slide off!). He let me know what the problem was, found a solution and did the work. No complaints and no extra charges. Amazing! I did have to pay 50% of the price upfront; however, he made sure to tell me that was to cover the cost of materials he was ordering. Kevin is up front, honest and very easy to do business with.

I decided to go with Kevin after receiving 3 different quotes, not only was he the most affordable but the Simonton product is a much better product and had more features than the competition. Kevin replaced 16 windows and 2 sliding glass doors in a 2 week time span, he made sure the work area was clean at the end of everyday and always kept me informed of the ongoing process. I was hesitant at first because of all the great reviews ( thinking they might be fabricated ) but they were all true. Great value, great product, great guy!

Kevin Cooper was awesome from first visit to install to completion. He suggested the Simonton Ultramax windows for our remodel. After doing my research and looking at other vendors, all around the same price. One of my clients and a friend just installed the Simonton windows in their house and loved them. So I decided to go with Kevin. My wife & I also changed one slider window to a picture window & 2 side windows to double hung windows. Was not a problem, Kevin listened to what we wanted. Not only did Kevin do a fantastic job, he also replaced a dry rotted piece of wood. His timeline was about 3 weeks, I was not in a hurry so that was ok. If a contractor is that busy, normally means they do great work.

Once the windows came in, Kevin had all 10 installed in 2 days. He provided rebate paperwork for MID as well.

I have recommended Kevin to my neighbors & friends. I would definitely use him again if needed.

Lastly, he kept a clean work environment at all times.

I have an old home, so knew replacing my windows was going to be a challenge. I met with all the top local windows contractors. I received many quotes. Some just through out numbers. Some tried to convince me to do it their way.

Not Kevin, he was straight forward, listened, and understood what I wanted as a finished product. He was not the cheapest but not the most expensive either.

Well boy did i make the right choice. His craftsmanship is amazing, he is honest, hard working trustworthy.

I met with four window & door contractors and out of the for I elected to have Cooper Window & Door replace twenty-six windows, two sliding glass doors, a set of french doors, and a standard exterior door. Kevin and his team did an excellent job. I could tell right away when Kevin came out to collect the information he needed to put together a quote that he was all about the details. What I liked was that he wasn't shy about sharing the details with me when I would ask. Throughout the job he never assumed anything and would always ask whenever there were options in a given situation. We even discussed caulking color and without hesitation he used mortar colored caulk whenever there was brick. He truly cares about his work...and it shows. When i was ready to replace all the windows and sliding doors in my rental, i began by obtaining a quote from the same company that had done my primary home six years ago. Surprised at the high cost, i obtained quotes from two other companies, one of which was Cooper Window and Door. Cooper's quote was much more affordable than other companies because they're a mom and pop business, with no store front which means lower overhead. Kevin was punctual and knowledgeable. He knows the business of replacing windows and did NOT try to sell me something I did not need NOR convince me of features I would not use. He spent time explaining to me the difference between the different manufacturers -- something the competition did not do. Kevin prides himself in his workmanship and separates himself from the competition by performing all the work himself and being meticulous in his finish work. He spent more time doing the finish work than doing the rough install. When Kevin completed the install, he left the exterior and interior cleaner that when he arrived -- my wife was very happy with his customer service and the cleanliness of Kevin. We recently hired Kevin Cooper of Cooper Window and Door in Riverbank for a large project in our home. It entailed replacing the glass in all the windows along the western exposure of our home, a total of 23 panes and included one-way sliders, a picture window and multiple, double-hung windows. Additionally, we had him replace a door, two dormer windows (including building new casements), and retro-fit three other large windows.

We chose Kevin after receiving multiple estimates, not just because of the reasonableness of his bid, but because of the attention-to-detail he showed toward all factors of the job and the high level of knowledge and expertise he demonstrated. He took the time to really probe into what we were hoping to achieve, to discuss the relative merits of different glass specifications, and what cost-effective measures we could take while still using top-of-the-line materials.

In all areas of communication and in carrying out the work, Kevin was punctual, reliable, and trustworthy. Both phases of the job were begun on time and completed on time, and the craftsmanship was excellent. We are thrilled with the results, and we recommend Kevin without any reservations.

Kevin is a Professional. We wanted him to move two windows from the living room to the second & third bedrooms. Also, we wanted him to install a three panel slider in our living room where the windows were. Electricity had to be re-routed, new receptacles (in & out), switch & outside light installed.
